EAT MODERATELY IS THE KEY TO HUMAN HEALTH.

 My advise has a Nutritionist/Dietician/Traditional Scientist/Farming consultant his for you all to eat moderately, drink responsibly and don’t be a glutton/gluttony.
Calculate your B.M.I(body mass index) everyday, to know if your body weight is alright you can classify as follow based on their b.m.i.
Under weight(<18.5 kg/m2) note m2 is meter square
Normal weight(18.5 – 24.9kg/m2)
Overweight (>25kg/m2)
Obesity = B.M.I of 30 or greater.
 Formula calculate your body mass index B.M.I is by dividing your weight by the square of your height in meters.
Weight/(height)2 = kg/m2
Example: if osaretin is weight is 85kg and her height is 1.56m,her b.m.i is
85/(1.56)2= 35kg/m2
It means osaretin his obese and needs to lose weight.

Make sure your digestive system is working perfectly
-For your digestive system to be in proper shape,eat a well balance diet of nutritious food and keep acid low in your body.
-Drink at least 2 glasses of water in the morning and as much as you can during the day to detoxify your body and help to aid metabolism.

-Eat slowly in order to chew the food properly and avoid overeating.
-Eat in such a way that avoids combining alkaline with acid forming foods on the same plate. This usually increases the level of acidity in the body.
