GOOD SLEEP AT NIGHT - in stressful day

Good Sleep at Night:

   
Taking a good sleep at night make us very confident and joyful in the morning. Actually it is not difficult for many days of year but some tidy days of year present on our life which make us sleepy, husky and emotionless in our life due to lack of sleep due to stress produced by that days. So the point is for very good sleep on that night what we do, how we overcome this problem,  are we taking nap or doing some exercise or drinking some alcohol or start smoking what is the solution of this problems on that day.

SLEEP AT NIGHT IN STRESSFUL DAY

SO today we discuss all this point for taking good sleep at night on that stressful days. actually saying all points is easy but actually is all that solution works like close your eyes and wait or taking alcohol really doing magic or taking nap on working days reduce stress. And the answer is doing all this task is not easy it gives no result on that day actually we are fooled by this sites we overcome this sleep problems automatically after passing times and we wasting times by doing all this task and making our body sick by giving extra activity to it. SO lets start the articles for how to take good sleep at Night and review the all tasks present in the other websites or tricks which make us fool by distracting our body.


Good Sleep by overcoming the stress

     I starting this article because recently i have same situations like you and finding the solutions for how to take a good sleep at night and all sites says same points, take nap or avoid nap, reduce alcohol, reduce smoking, change body posture, decorate room for sleep, do all activities outside of room, do exercise, schedule the time for sleep, be happy , keep away the clock from eye sight. etc............ which make our mind to believe for good sleep but no site or no-one says my problem why are you not having good sleep. So i searching my problems solution by my way and i got it.

 But before i discuss my secret weapon lets discuss and review all those points and tasks presented on and guarantee for the having good sleep on that cheesy sites and peoples. and the Points are following.

Review of Points which gives the solution of having good sleep at night present on everywhere

1. Stop taking coffee or tea.

    In my case actually THE POINT IS i takes coffee or tea once in a days so why would it matter to my sleep when i take it everyday on my life since my childhood. and why it suddenly made matter for having good sleep. Actually it does not affect the quality of good Sleep. instead of taking these task on your life by changing your habit once more try to overcome the day of stressful night by changing your sleep posture or any other method which gives less time and quick result. because changing habit is not a piece of cake.

2. Keep a clock away from eye sight at Night for taking good sleep at night:

  What a nonsense point to keep a clock away from eye point. what is connection of clock if we are not able to sleep because sleep is the state of our body sync with our mind not with physical clock. if we sleep at 8 clock every night then no matter where we are and whether there is clock or not our body automatically trigger our sensors for its time to sleep. Actually these point may be work for children and other parents they try to fool there baby. but it not worked for us because we are here for Question which is only temporary problem due to some stress related work.

3. Find out the source of stress and overcome good sleep problem at night:

    May be this temporary sleep problem is due to stress caused by some office work, or home work or exam related work or may be family tension or may be someones wife is cheating or may be money problem. whatever the problem is everything is temporary may be it takes a few days or may be it takes year to year. So actually all of you know the source of problem that why the sleep go away at night for you. But No worry consider ALL THE PROBLEM IS TEMPORARY AND ALL GO AWAY WITH TIME WITH DIFFICULTIES OR EASILY OR BOTH. so don't go away with problems and take this problem as a part of life. adapt this problem and convince your mind that it will present for few days in our life so don't think about it during night we will handle it next morning till then just sleep.

4. Do Exercise for good sleep 

    It works but next days mind overcome this solution and problem may get bigger. because our mind don't want to go sleep due to exercise and it fight against our time and we need to do more exercise for sleep compare to past days. Will it help no. so why are your trying this don't follow this step regularly. for temporary problem until you get good sleep automatically.

5. I think All other tasks and points are useless like above points so I skip those points for having good sleep at night due to stress and we go directly to the solution of how we get sleep at night.

 

Finally We get some good sleep at night on stressful life

   You need to do a following little work for getting good sleep at night that described by me. I don't write it with points nor easy paragraphs with bulletins but actually i give you brief description of how to get very beautiful short time sleep at night which help us to give energy to overcome future morning stress related problem. 

    first do all the work complete which is possible to complete on that day if it is not possible to complete abandon it on time for next days. if the stress is related to work don't think about it before sleep.And then try to remember some beautiful moment of your life but careful to choose that moment I think choose the moment of opposite topic related to your stress.If you have any problems of remembering your happy moment go with some artificial story made by you and only you know that story and you live in that world of story as a part of your life. If you have not that kind of story just create some one whether it is beautiful or not but you will the creator of that world. and anything happen with that world is controlled by you. so create a world and extend every time in your life when you want to stress out that makes you mind relax and with the flow of the this imaginary world you get good sleep. any other day if you not get sleep think about your world and just remember one more thing actually you extend your story on that night. after thinking all of this that ,time takes you away from your stress night and next day you are ready to again attend the stress. after wake up or leaving of bed don't forget this problem is temporary and by just having good sleep can't solve it. it just give you energy ant relaxation during night.

    And if above solution for having good sleep at night work for don't try to do it in normal day of life just leave that world for another stressful night. IF you want another way to have a good sleep just talk with other's with any topic. or hangout with friends or may be play with children or talk with children are very nice move before going to sleep and experiment about solution. may be that child is not yours but the problem is. so Think and go to sleep with very relaxed mind.
